  • How do we perceive the lapse of time
    • Self-diagnosis of productivity and effectiveness at work
  • My internal motivation and persistence in resolutions
    • Visualisation of effects, Kurt Lewin’s force field analysis – identification of the area for development, change according to Kurt Lewin
  • Seven steps on the way to achieve balance:
    • Work on good communication
    • Using modern technologies, allowing for optimal time organisation
    • Assertiveness
    • Rest
    • Sense of being good enough
    • Free time
    • Work from home
  • Using our resources of energy in striving for
    work-life balance

    • Positive stress – eustress (desire to work, accepting challenges)
    • Negative stress – distress (fear, emptiness in the head, physical symptoms, reluctance to work)
