  • Ball Game – understanding the basic mechanisms of Scrum,
  • Flowing Money – how to deliver 2x faster, working 2x slower ,
  • Story Mapping – how to control releases,
  • Moscow – prioritization of User Stories,
  • Planning Poker – the complexity of estimating User Stories,
  • Building an Agile city with Lego ,
  • Discussion of the exam, sample questions.
