About the client
A multinational, biotech company and a leading provider of cancer treatments globally. The company specializes in in-vitro diagnostics and in the supply of transformative and innovative solutions across major disease areas.
The challenge
The client needed to carry out the Quality Assurance process in areas of Drag Safety, Registrations, Trial Execution, and Scientific Decisions Support. To ensure the effectiveness of the process, it was necessary to collect requirements, test the implementation, manage teams and tests, coordinate UAT and SAT and introduce test automation.
What we did
- Built a team of specialized experts with CSV and GxP knowledge crucial in the Pharma industry, with the help of a mentoring program for Test Managers.
- Performed test automation using UFT, Selenium, PostMan, RestAssured, RobotFramework and Python in over 20 projects.
- Implemented the TOSCA tool.
