About the client
A British multinational company focused on the production of health, hygiene, and home goods. The history of the company dates back to 1819 and since then it became a global leader in health and hygiene, providing products to over 200 countries.
The challenge
The client had a need to start an end-to-end Agile transformation, which is essential for IT and the business to work together properly. Until now, the two departments had been separate silos, causing a number of software delivery problems. Due to the nature of the problem, which involved a change in the structure of the organization, the client decided to work with Sii experts. The main goal was to reduce the time needed to implement business changes. An additional goal was to introduce a culture of self-improvement in the organization.
What we did
