About the client
A world leader in the cashless payment industry based in France. Operating for over 30 years, the company provides intelligent and secure solutions that facilitate trade in all channels: stationary stores, online and on mobile devices, enabling the acceptance of, among others, credit cards and alternative payment methods.
The challenge
The client needed support in developing an attractive product presentation: a new mobile application designed for individual users and Ingenico clients – banks. Our task was to show the application’s key features and prepare instructional videos that would simplify the operation of payment terminals and make it easy for their owners to find solutions to their problems.
What we did
- Formed a creative team responsible for the presentation concept and decided to produce a film using 2D and 3D animation.
- Prepared a script highlighting the most essential features of the product.
- After creating the graphical part of the film, we proceeded with the post-production tasks: editing, sound design (including voiceover in English), and animation.
Effects
- Tutorial videos for Ingenico customers worldwide, demonstrating the capabilities of the terminal management portal and enabling terminal owners to find solutions to the most common problems quickly.
- Promotional videos informing about upcoming new products to the customer portal, both in the desktop version and mobile application.
- Presentation of Ingenico as a company implementing modern solutions to streamline processes for its clients.
