Issue reporting application

The challenge

Creating an easy to use and modern issue reporting app for iOS and Android devices, available to inspectors and customers.

What we did

Sii developed an issue reporting app, using Xamarin.Forms, where most of the code and logics is shared between both platforms, which results in cost reduction. Additionally, Sii introduced custom features using native Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Android platforms, e.g. custom app navigation, visual tutorials, native app integration (e.g. mailer), local storage, in order to improve the User Experience.

Effects

Project completed: Mobile applications for both Android and iOS have been delivered and accepted by the Client and soon will be available in stores. The project has been completed within the budget and according to schedule.
